Charleston Beer Exchange and Bacco team up for an Italian Beer Dinner

The Charleston Beer Exchange and local beer enthusiasts are counting down the days until the very special Italian Beer Dinner at Mount Pleasan't Bacco Italian Restaurant on Thursday, July 29th.

This sensational evening will be showcasing some of the finest, rarest and most exotic Italian craft beers paired expertly with Bacco's Chef Michael Scognamiglio's extraordinary cuisine. The menu, which you can take a peek at right here, has been crafted specifically for the event. If you're unfamiliar with Bacco, here's a nice review of the spot done by the Charleston City Paper back in 2007.

  • Birrificco Montegioca's Quarta Runa (Fruit Beer, 85 on RateBeer, 7%)
  • Birrificco Barley's B.B. Dexi (American Strong Ale, 96 on RateBeer, 10%)
  • Birrificco Motegioco's Bran (Barley Wine, 89 on RateBeer, 8.5%)
  • Pausa Cafe's Tosta (English Barleywine, B- on BeerAdvocate, 12.5%)

Bacco Italian Restaurant is located at 976 Houston Northcutt Boulevard. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.
