If you've got a chef you've been dying to see recognized by the James Beard Foundation, today is your last chance to nominate them before voting closes on the 31st.

Charleston chefs are no strange to winning this coveted culinary award. FIG's chef Mike Late won it in 2009 and Robert Stehling of Hominy Grill took the title in 2008.

So who's next? 

Remember: more kudos for Charelston food means more and better Charleston food in the future. So go and nominate somebody special, and local, so we can all eat better.
