Butcher & Bee has been consistently wowing diners with their food as well as consistently keeping it fresh by hosting pop-up dinners. This Sunday and Monday they'll be hosting two different guests who will prepare two very different pop-up dinners at the Bee.

First up is Sunday night supper with chef BJ Dennis cooking Geechie and Gullah cuisine (think local ingredients and grandmas recipes). Charleston City Paper has a post on BJ as well as some more info on what's going to be on the menu. Sunday's meal will run you a $20 per person and will be family style.

Then, on Monday night, it is the fifth installment of the Bee's Vietnamese pop-up dinners. This time around the Nguyen family will be offering up an updated menu including more vegetarian options. Dinner will be priced per item.

Both dinners are from 6 to 10 p.m.
