Downtown neighborhood piloting Halloween project

This year, the Cannonborough-Elliotborough Neighborhood Association is starting what they hope will become an annual Halloween event and initiative on the peninsula.

The neighborhood is a vibrant mix of homes and small businesses; one of downtown's fastest changing communities. The idea is to bring together parents and children with homes and small businesses that will be opening their doors to trick or treaters on Halloween from 4 to 7 p.m.

You can check out a map of participating homes and businesses here. If you're looking to add yourself as a Halloween hot spot, contact Bill Bowick at (843) 579-2891.
