Art Mag and Integrative Cancer Care present the 2nd Annual Show of Strength Art Show + Fundraiser on Friday, April 27th from 6 to 10 p.m., to benefit Integrative Cancer Care.

Integrative Cancer Care is a very special support haven that helps cancer patients with their physical and emotional needs while fighting cancer and through survivorship. They do nutritional counseling to empower the body, oncology massage for the feeling of wellness, wigs and prosthetics for the look good feel good effect, and much more.

Show of Strength will take place at MUSC’s Hollings Cancer Center and Pearlstine Healing Gardens. Original artwork by local artists will be on view and for sale. Participating local artists include: Alex Radin, Betsey Carter, Dee Schenck Rhodes, Hilarie Lambert, JB Boyd, Jocelyn Chateauvert, John Townsend, Julyan Davis, Karin Olah, Kristi Ryba, Linda Fantuzzo, Lisa Shimko, Mary Walker, Michael Gray, Molly B. Right, Nathan Durfee, Reynier Llanes, Timothy Banks, and jewelry by Jennafer Bryan of Scarlett Poppy.

In addition to art, there will be live music by The Jerry Cooper Band and pianist Nancy Wallin. A sushi bar, heavy hors d’ouevres and cocktails will be served. Thanks to the generosity of the Charleston community, a silent auction will also take place with many great items.
