Thao Nguyen and her band the Get Down Stay Down bring soulful, alt-country, blues and indie-folk to the Village Tavern in Mt. Pleasant. 

The show is Sunday, April 19, and doors open at 8 p.m. We're still waiting to confirm ticket prices, we will update as soon as we get that information.

They share a label with The Decemberists, Deerhoof, and The Thermals so it should be a great show.  

The Village Tavern is located at 1055 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard in Mount Pleasant.
