Sunshine's cheap, and it's the inspiration behind this week of FREE in Charleston

Art from recycled items, Confederate uniforms, beach coming, and more — though the Charleston City Paper is a bit late getting out their weekly free roundup, it's still worth a look.
But, the real highlight is probably all the beautiful outdoor areas around Charleston that are either free or pretty dang cheap — we spotted a pretty solid list of such back for Valentine's Day.
