On Saturday, October 29th, the Cannonborough-Elliotborough Neighborhood Association and the Cannonborough-Eliiotborough Business Owners are hosting the Second Annual Halloween in the Booroughs Parade.

To show off their Halloween spirit, the communities full of quaint shops, business, restaurants and homes will parade in their costumes through the streets then follow it up with a fun after party.

The parade kicks of at 6 p.m. at Brewster's Court on St. Philip Street then proceeds to the party in Elliotborough Park, located at 134 Line Street. During the party there will be a pumpkin carving contest, a costume contest, a pumpkin baking competition, a bake sale and games. The party will continue until 9 p.m., so if you'd like to have some dinner while you're at it, local food trucks Hello! My Name is BBQ and Roti Rolls will be on hand. King of Pop will have you covered for dessert.

And remember, you don't have to live in the neighborhood to attend!
