I thought minors weren’t allowed in the Village Tavern?

At first glance, ColeTrain is easy to write off -- I mean, the oldest member is 16-years-old.

But I quickly reconsidered after seeing them play on Sunday, June 28, at the Village Tavern in Mount Pleasant, and taking into account that the oldest member is only 16-years-old and have a slew of good reviews made me reconsider.

They play a combination of classic rock and funk; most of which are covers but with some originals, and in a chat it sound like they know what they’re doing.

If you'd like to hear them play in person, they've already got another gig planned at Fiery Ron's Home Team BBQ on Saturday, July 4th.

Now there's just the question if they'll be allowed to play on school nights when the school year starts back up.
