Little monsters in the Charleston area: It's time for another Lady Gaga Dance Party (Update: Post event photos)

Update x2: Post event photos and defrost.

Another successful Gaga Day Charleston has come and gone, time to rest those feet and start thinking of your next Lady Gaga outfit.

Several hundred little monsters of all ages came out to support Gaga Day and The Trevor Project.  With temperatures in the uncomfortable 40s and dropping the entire event, there were still many brave attendees who rocked their bodysuits and even saran-wrapped outfits in the name of Gaga.

No final word yet on how much money was raised at this year's event, but in the meantime we've got some photos of our favorite Gagas to tide you over.

Charleston Scene also has a well-rounded review of the evening with a video, so click on over.

Update: Pull out your favorite meat dress and get ready for another Lady Gaga Day Charleston!

After the success of last year's Lady Gaga Dance Party in Marion Square, organizer and Charleston's biggest Lady Gaga fan Joe Quinn is getting ready for round two.  And there is only one thing to be done for this year's event — and in true Gaga fashion — that mission is to make it bigger and better.

This year's event will take place at the Joe Riley Stadium on January 22nd, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Raising over $3,000 for the Red Cross Haiti Relief Fund last January, the selected charity for this year's Gaga Day is The Trevor Project, which according to their website is "The leading national organization focused on crisis and suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth."

66 The event is open to all ages, and will still have a free admission (donations to The Trevor Project are encouraged instead).  This year there will also be alcohol (for little monsters 21 and over, so bring your ID) and food available for purchase.

There will also be a Lady Gaga costume contest, with the winner receiving two tickets to Charleston Fashion Week.  Event t-shirts will also be available for sale again with all proceeds going to charity, and if you went last year, you know these were all snatched up real quick-like.

So grab your torn fishnets, Kermit the frog jackets, wigs, and dancing shoes, and get down to Joe Riley Stadium on Saturday to dance in true Gaga style for a good cause.  And who knows, you may even end up in a book like some of last year's participants.

Be sure to check out the official Gaga Day Facebook and Twitter pages for more details.
