Special Olympics. The Moultrie News has a nice rundown of the dip and its history.

On Folly Beach at 2 p.m. Snapper Jack's is hosting its fourth Polar Bear Plunge. The event will benefit the Lowcountry Food Bank. It's $1 or a can to donate to the food bank.
