Charleston's Upper King Design District has announced the date for the Spring 2011 Design Walk as Thursday, April 21st, from 5 to 8 p.m.

From Calhoun to Spring, shops and showrooms will remain open late for shoppers and clients, offering special design events, deals, and refreshments. Many restaurants in the district will have food and wine specials as well.

As a special treat during this month's Design Walk, three businesses will be celebrating their Grand Openings. Aqua Day Spa and Nails at 401 King Street, Modern Trousseau at 418 King Street, and Upstairs at Canvas at 436 King Street.
