In honor of Spoleto, Shine is celebrating the arts with its first Art & Music Festival on Saturday, May 23rd.

The festival features local and national emerging musicians, dj's as well as a contemporary art exhibition in conjunction with Margo Kaufman Gallery.

That gallery, dubbed "Found Objects, Installations, and Other Things," features contemporary artists Kaminer Haislip, Carl Janes, Daniel McSweeney, and Kevin Hoth.  The exhibit will be on display and for sale through June 6th.

It runs from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. and there is a $5 cover at the door.

Shine is located at 58 Line Street in downtown Charleston on the corner of Line and King.
