With a parade: Charleston Pride Week is back today through July 15

The Alliance for Full Acceptance's Charleston Pride Week is here July 11 through Sunday, July 15.
Perhaps the most notable public event will be the Charleston Pride Parade on Saturday, July 14, starting at North Charleston's Park Circle.
Here's the full line-up of events:
Wednesday; July 11 - Downtown Charleston
- AFFA Meeting 5:45pm - social; presentation begins at 6:15pm
SC Equality Executive Director Chris Johnson is featured speaker at the Charleston Marriott
Thursday; July 12 - Park Circle, North Charleston
- "Art for Pride" Art Walk, 5pm-8pm
- LGBT Film Festival partnering with Greater Park Circle Film Society, 7pm & 9pm shows
- "Faces of Gay Men in America" sponsored by enlightenMEN, 7:30pm-10pm
- Takeover Charleston at DIG in the Park, 6pm-10pm
Friday; July 13 - Downtown, Charleston
- Charleston Pride Pageant, 6pm-9pm
- Charleston Pride Dance Party, 9pm-2am
(both at The Music Farm)
Saturday; July 14
- The Charleston Pride Parade at Park Circle, 11am-12pm
- The Charleston Pride Rally at Riverfront Park, 12pm-5pm
- Neptune: The Official Charleston Pride Party at the S.C. Aquarium downtown 9pm-2am
- Worship: After-Party at the S.C. Aquarium, 2am-5am
Sunday; July 15
- Tea Dance at Folly Beach, 12pm-7pm
(Don't forget that Folly Beach has banned alcohol at the beach for 60 days.)
