The Charleston City Paper has published their day-by-day listing of free events taking place around town and it's quite a festive lineup this week.

There are art openings, a Harry Potter lecture, a World AIDS Day event and more coming at you in the upcoming days, but watch out for the weekend. Charleston's holiday spirit is coming out in full force with the annual Christmas Festival and Parade, official tree lighting ceremony, Chanukah in the Square and the Holiday Parade of Boats.
