Local bar Voodoo is offering up a double whammy on Saturday, May 9: A fashion show and a full moon party.

First up at 6:30 p.m. is The Shops at Avondale's First Fashion Show, "Through the Decades." Shops will be open at 8 to 10 with free snacks and wine. Free.

Then as the sun sets "Lunacy on a Saturday Night" will take off at Voodoo with it's usual gamut of craziness: Hula hoop dancers, communal body painting, and optional clothing. $3 at the door.

Voodoo is at 15 Magnolia Road in West Ashley.

Oh they've also got a couple of other things coming up, from an e-mailed statement:

Next up, we've got "The Charleston Buzz" and their Debut Listening Party on Monday Night from 9 PM to 11 PM. Come meet Amy Hutto and Chris "Toker" Smith, the brainchildren of the new Podcast featuring local music, venues and people. With the economy, went their show "Local X", that we all relied upon to keep us up to date with the local music scene! But don't be sad no more, cause they have picked up the ball and rolled with it! Come out and support them, they've got a lot of fun stuff to give away!
Last, but not least, the momment you've all been waiting for, our new food menu debuts on Monday, June 1st with an all night, 50% off all food menu items extravaganza! We think it's great, but don't take our word for it, come in and see for yourselves!
