The Glass Onion will offer up a four course tasting menu (plus amuse) to celebrate their second anniversary on Saturday, March 13th, from 6 to 10 p.m. 

This West Ashley restaurant, located at 1219 Savannah Highway, will be reservation only this evening. The anniversary celebration will have live music jazz music as a backdrop to the feast that features local delicacies, such as clams, oxtail and beef tenderloin. The Glass Onion will also offer tasting pours of all their wines and suggest pairings with the courses.

The Glass Onion places utmost importance on supporting area farmers and fisherman and will provide information about their purveyors at the dinner.

The dinner will cost $50 per guest, and tasting pours of the wine will be $7 per glass.

Glass Onion regulars can expect the same funky atmosphere, but with candlelight and full table service. The owners encourage those interested to reserve their spots early as there will be limited seating. The full menu is posted on their website – www.ilovetheglassonion.com – as is
