Trattoria Lucca will celebrate the history of Italian cuisine March 2nd as the acclaimed Tuscan restaurant presents a special dinner in honor of national food critic and writer John Mariani’s latest book, "How Italian Food Conquered the World".

Owner and chef Ken Vedrinski will host a book signing with Mariani from 6 to 7 p.m. then following the meet-and-greet, Vedrinski will prepare a special 4-course dinner of his signature Tuscan cuisine, with two of the courses coming from Mariani’s book. The cost of the dinner is $72 which includes tax and gratuity.
