Local(ish) chef to compete on Top Chef

Wilmington chef, Keith Rhodes, has been selected to compete on the Bravo network's competition reality show, Top Chef Texas.  The grand prize is $100,000 to pursue his culinary dreams.

Keith is the owner and multi-award winning chef of Catch in downtown Wilmington. He started his career there in 1996 and has always had an emphasis on farm-to-table, using local seafood and produce as much as possible.
