Underground art fest Kulture Klash will have its third incarnation on November 15.

Details on the event are still coming, but I'm certain there will be lots of top-notch artists and performers at it.

Kulture Klash 3 will be at 10 Storehouse Row at 2120 Noisette Boulevard in North Charleston.
