Citizen's Policy Academy accepting applications

If you're interested in law enforcement in Horry County, here is your chance to get started.  Applications are being accepted for the 23rd class of the Myrtle Beach Citizen's Police Academy now through December 2, 2011.

You must be at least 21 years of age, have a clear criminal background, and live or work in Horry County.  Classes begin on January 23, 2012, running for ten weeks on Monday nights from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  Graduation is on March 26, 2012.
