Discover the Dinosaurs this weekend in #MYR (Update: More expensive than anticipated)

Update September 22, 2012:  Social media is telling us that while the exhibit is fun, it's more expensive than anticipated.

From Facebook:

  • Went to the Discover the Dinosaurs at the Convention Center! Everything costs extra! $11 to look at, photo op and Dino movies. They have 3 fossil hunts but a wristband is an additional $20 and doesn't include face painting or gem mining or fossil mining. Those are extra!

  • First report:  Sure dinosaurs have been long dead for 65.5 million years (give or take) but they'll be alive and kicking this weekend at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center this weekend.

Discover the Dinosaurs is a traveling exhibit that features animatronic dinosaurs, statues, a dino fossil dig, educational and entertaining movies and more.
