Disappearance of 2-year-old from North Charleston triggers AMBER alert

Update September 29:

The Post and Courier reports that Geomari R. Young has been recovered, but the suspect is still missing.

According to the Charleston County Police, the boy was dropped off at the Church's Chicken at Meeting and Line streets around 10 a.m.


First reporting:

An AMBER alert has been issued in the disappearance of Geomari R. Young, a 2-year-old boy from North Charleston.

The State reports that the suspect, Geonaldo R. Young, might be driving a green or dark grey Mazda car with Virginia tags.
