Unspent round found in James Island Charter High School restroom

A janitor at James Island Charter High School alerted the assistant principal on Monday afternoon when a small, gold-colored ammunition round was discovered in the women’s restroom.

According to the school principal, the round was unspent and authorities did not lock down the school. Authorities have not been able to connect the bullet to a specific person at this time.
