The Charleston City Paper has produced a fact sheet, if you will, highlighting the failed attempts at the war on drugs here in South Carolina.

The article is calling for, and offers ideas for fresh approaches to the unfair and ineffective laws that fill state prisons with nonviolent drug offenders.
