Update March 12: A report over at The Post and Courier shows some support for the North Charleston police chief's efforts.

A police critic seems to generally approve of the chief's efforts thus far; read the report here.

First reporting March 6: A string of misconduct incidents by North Charleston Police officers has how cops deal with stress in the spotlight, and Police Chief Jon Zumalt is planning to up counseling steps on how his department's cops cope with stress.
