Poor decisions, drunken quotations, strange stolen items and even weirder weapons. The gang's all there in the Charleston City Paper's 'Best of the Blotter 2010.'

With reports so outrageous you almost wish they weren't real, the Charleston police have dealt with their fair share of crazy people and situations this year.
