Johns Island man gets 14 years for fraudulent furniture sales
Henry Ray Privette has received 14 years for charges around a furniture scam that took millions of dollars from buyers.
The Johns Island man, 55, had been convicted back in August and has been ordered to repay 600 victims more than $1 million dollars, though its unclear if that will ever happen.

Henry Ray Privette, ran a company operating under the name of Carolina Furniture (among others) and would allegedly take phone and Internet orders and would fail to deliver or deliver sub-par furniture.
