South Carolina's newest license plate is all bark

The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles has released the newest specialty license plate honoring the Boykin Spaniel Foundation.
The Boykin Spaniel is South Carolina's state dog in case you were wondering.
Proceeds from the new license plate will go directly to the foundation to support genetic research and specialty health clinics for the dogs.
