The Grand Strand Technology Council announces the launch of a new visual and online identity that reflects the significant transformation of technology objectives of businesses located in the Grand Strand.

The Grand Strand Technology Council's new identity and web presence (http://gstechcouncil.org) pays respect to the evolution of technology in our area, whilst reinforcing the role that the council plays in shaping the future landscape of the Grand Strand's diverse business environment. The new identity focuses on rebranding the council's visual and technological appeal.

“The Grand Strand Technology Council has evolved significantly during the past three years. The council plays a major role in shaping, connecting and promoting the diverse technology based businesses along the Grand Strand. The new identity complements the councils goals and objectives by better reflecting who we are today and the leadership we bring for tomorrow,” said André S. Pope, Vice President of the Grand Strand Technology Council.

At the heart of the council's new identity is a re-designed identity mark complemented by a yellow halo to represent the spirit and energy of the council's business members. The logo will appear on all corporate publications, printed materials and the new council website which has been redeveloped from the bottom up to give better exposure to the members of the council and their innovation. The identity and web presence aims to showcase a connected network of passionate businesses, entrepreneurs and community leaders
