City Council OK's Spring and Cannon Street beautification project
The project to beautify the Spring and Cannon streetscapes has grown into a $559,000 contract for the designing, engineering and permitting of the new layout for two-way traffic.
The neighborhood residents are showing strong support for the change, the City Council agreed to the traffic changes and work will go out for bid early next year.
