Business continues to decline steeply at the Port of Charleston

The Port of Charleston has gotten hit harder and suffered more loss than any of its counterparts across the country.

From July to September the number of containers crossing Charleston docks dropped dropped 27.6% compared to a year ago. The State Ports Authority continues to work on add new trading partners to the authority’s portfolio, but only time will tell.
