Creating simplicity for boaters of all types, Carefree Boat Club has expanded into the Charleston area at two separate locations; at the Daniel Island Marina and also at the Ripley Light Marina.

Members pay a one time initiation fee usually between $2,000 and $6,000 and $199 per month to receive access to a fleet of boats. In Charleston, Carefree Boat Club owns seven vessels ranging from 17' to 27'. Included in the fleet are sailboats, deck boats, cabin cruisers and fishing boats.

Members receive unlimited access to every type of boat. In addition, Carefree Boat Club members have reciprocity at 24 different locations from Florida to New York to Texas.

Here are some more perks that you'll receive by joining the Carefree Boat Club:

Carefree Boat Club members do not have to spend any time or money on insurance, slip fees, storage, cleaning or maintenance.

Carefree Boat Club provides Coast Guard training and licensing to all members.

Carefree Boat Club members reserve their chosen boat online and choose which boats they want to use up to six months in advance.

Carefree Boat Club offers senior citizen and military discounts and also offers family, group and corporate memberships.
