Tattooed Moose to bring deli delights to the upper peninsula

Jennifer and Michael Kulick, the pair behind West Ashley's Voodoo Tiki Bar and Lounge and the former Marie Laveau's, are taking it to the downtown street with the anticipated opening of their new joint the Tattooed Moose.

The Tattooed Moose will be taking over the space of Missy Kitty's Fine Food, Morrison Drive's decades old meat-and-three restaurant. The most exciting news is that the Tattooed Moose is going to be the kind of place downtown Charleston has been lacking: a good deli. Good meats, good bread and cheap drinks are the focus here, and it doesn't get much better than that.

The Charleston City Paper has more on the Moose, so read up.
