Every Thursday, Preview does a little roundup of restaurant happenings in town. Usually none of these stand out enough to be written about on their own, or have already been covered by other publications.

Still all together the piece is worthwhile. In this installment there's news about the re-openings of Norm's, a new Chicken and Waffles spot in North Charleston, Bistro 536 is open in Mount Pleasant, among others.
