Charleston gets a great spot for bands to practice

No longer will band practice mean inciting the rage of your neighbor, Charleston City Paper's T. Ballard Lesemann writes: "Kevin Dunnill recently announced the opening of a large, multi-room, climate-controlled, sound-proofed facility called The Hinge, located at 2516 Oscar Johnson Road."
