Rural S.C. hesitant to even be optimistic at prospect of jobs

With nearly 17% unemployment, and years of hope and disappointment Barnwell County is hesitant at believing that 1,000 jobs are headed their way.

The Post and Courier went out and captured a feel for rural South Carolina and how it's struggling and saddled down with unemployment.
