The Freedom Readers program is an intiative started by Myrtle Beach area local, Tracy Bailey, with the intention of promoting literacy in lower income communities.

Their Summer session runs June 13th to July 29th and anyone over the age of 16 can help out. Go to the Freedom Readers website to find out more about the program and how you can contribute.
