Brookgreen Gardens to hold annual "Diggin' It" Spring Garden Festival

One of the many joys of living in the lowcountry is the early spring and long growing season. Undoubtedly, many of us have begun thinking about preparing our lawns and gardens for spring. What better way to kick off spring and get new ideas than to attend

Brookgreen's horticulture pros will offer numerous workshops and activities all day to help foster your green thumb.  From how to attract birds and butterflies to your garden, to how to decorate your lawn for the holidays, they will cover it all.  They even offer an all-day "make your own miniature garden"  activity for kids.  The best part?  It is free for members or with your paid admission.  So come out and support your local community and get some great gardening tips!
