Irvin-House reopens in 2013 with annual Cork Shuckin’ Festival

The Irvin-House Vineyard will celebrate the new year with their Second Annual Cork Shuckin’ Festival on Saturday, February 9th from 1 until 5 p.m.

The vineyard is closed for the entire month of January, so this is their first opportunity to celebrate the start of 2013.

The event is free to attend, but be sure to bring some cash or credit if you want to enjoy the food and/or drinks that will be available.

Buckets of oysters, barbecue from Holy City Seafood, and plenty of libations will be available for purchase. The Bullgrapes will provide live music for all patrons. Plus, the winery and Firefly distillery will be open for tastings.
