A look back at a decade of change in Charleston from 2000 to 2010

The Post and Courier's Glenn Smith has penned an upbeat and fun-paced look back at the changes the Charleston area experienced in the span from 2000 to 2010.

The new Cooper River Bridge, property values, jobs, and tragedy, it's all there.
