Reggio Emilia preschool coming to Port Royal

A new preschool that follows the Reggio Emilia technique (yeah, we had to look it up, too) will open this month in Port Royal.
One of the school's co-owners is Jodie Willis, wife of Port Royal Town Manager Van Willis.
