Bluffton-area power outage impacts 17,000 homes on Thursday
An SCE&G power outage impacted some 17,000 homes in the Bluffton, Hardeeville and Ridgeland areas on Thursday night. Power went out around 8 p.m. Thursday and was back on in a couple of hours.
