Voter fraud could be on the rise because of new law (video)

Beaufort County Elections Director Scott Marshall spoke out to WSAV tuesday, March 24 against the new voter ID bill that was signed into law by Gov. Haley last week.

Under the new law, South Carolina voters will have to present at the polls an official form of South Carolina identification before they actually submit their ballot. But by doing this, Marshall said the chance for voter fraud is actually higher thanks to an address verification loophole, and that it needs to be addressed urgently because not enough is currently being done to prevent it.
