With the census numbers in and redistricting on everyone's mind, a visit to Beaufort County by freshman Congressman Tim Scott, R-Charleston, has everyone wondering: What if Joe Wilson is out and Scott is in?

Speculation is high that growth in Myrtle Beach will have a new 7th S.C. Congressional district centered on the city, forcing Scott's district much further south, perhaps grabbing all of Beaufort County and forming a new "coastal district."
