With enrollment caps removed, Riverview Charter moving to Shell Point

Remember how Riverview Charter School voted to approve the Beaufort County School District's $270,000-a-year offer to rent the soon-to-be vacated Shell Point Elementary building — that is, on the condition that the school board would remove enrollment caps written into the contract?

Well, The Island Packet writes that the district did remove them and the deal is approved (details here).

But don't expect the debate to end on enrollment caps for the charter school to end with this, the legal battle continues.
