A Savannah-Chatham police office is on administrative leave after a video surfaced on YouTube that shows the officer using what appears to be excessive force to break up a St. Patrick's Day fight.

The video, which you can view by clicking here, shows the officer hitting a woman several times with his club, pepper spraying her in the eyes and then dropping her so that she fell face first on to the street.
