WSAV reports that a lowcountry man was sentenced to ten years in prison March 29 in connection with the murdering and robbery of an elderly man in 2007.

Timothy Skinner, whose co-defendant, Kenneth Williams, was found guilty last year, has four recorded criminal cases since the 1980's. His attorney, however, spoke out against the ruling, saying that no sufficient evidence was found that proved his client was inside the house the night 81-year-old veteran Jack Koch was found dead in his home.
