Beaufort County wants its traffic ticket money, even 16 years later (updated w/video)

WSAV's Holly Bounds has been teasing this story all day on Twitter and Facebook. What if you received a bill for a 16-year-old traffic ticket and you don't remember being pulled over, would you pay it?
Beaufort County, apparently thanks to some new computer system, is seeking outstanding fines nearly two decades old. Bounds caught up with a Lady's Island woman who said she doesn't remember being pulled over 16 years ago, and if she was she can't imagine why she didn't pay the fine.
What would you do?
