Winter weather took toll on crops in South Carolina

TheDigitel

South Carolina's winter vegetable crop of collards and cabbage has been hit pretty hard by this year's cold weather snap.

Some farmers lost most of their cabbage and half their collards, something that's sure to affect prices.

SCNow out the Myrtle Beach area has a nice video report on the situation; watch it here.

So watch out all of you community supported agriculture folk, you boxes are probably a going to be a good bit lighter, if they're not already.
